The Nation’s Restaurant News, the first independent publication dedicated to the entire food service industry, has named Alicia Kelso its editor in chief, effective October 3.
With more than a decade of experience reporting in the food service industry, Kelso, left, will receive Nation’s Restaurant News and sister publication Restaurant Hospitality with daily news reports. of industry, development standards for digital and print, and media for podcasts and videos. , while also being an ambassador for the campaign through personal content and visuals.
