McNally’s motives throughout the whole debacle were questionable — frankly, he was jumping around like a fish, rescinding his ban, and even showing sympathy for Corden, offering an olive branch with the offer of free food if the guy properly apologized to the servers.
It’s weird to say the least…but on the issue of complaining about the food/service — Curtis seems to be on James’ side, assuming there was something seriously wrong with the orders.
